Parco (Sinclair) historic district

A historic district in Sinclair, Wyo., about seven miles east of Rawlins, Wyo., dates to construction of the large Producers and Refiners Oil Co. refinery in 1922-1923. From Interstate 80, take Exit 219 or 221. The district consists of several buildings located around three sides of a central plaza, fountain and park. The architects employed a Spanish Colonial motif with unpainted stucco, polychrome clay tile roofs and masonry construction. The Parco Inn dominates the plaza and sets the architectural theme of the district.

The Parco (Sinclair) historic district is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
